「This hotel is fantastic all the way around. Highly recommend!」

「The hotel is charming and in a lovely setting on the river. It feels like they have recently updated the rooms and bathrooms but the carpets are horrendous. When you walk into the hallways the stains are so bad that I didn't want to stay there and was immediately worried about the rooms. The rooms were nice but with the same terrible carpet. FIrst impressions matter and it is a bad first impression. The restaurant is wonderful, breakfast was great with views of the river. No elevator to...

The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

「The shower was not hot and it came out rustic and smelly. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Parking was plentiful. The hotel is tired, needs a bit of revamp, more cheerfulness. We found it dark and dingy.」
