「The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle. 「The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony 💕」

「Un “pequeño” gran hotel . El mejor staff que he conocido, desde Danielle el gerente que hizo mucho más que cualquier otro gerente de hotel por ayudarnos … hasta la gente de bar y restoranes. El SPA es excelente, la comida del restaurante excelente también . Máximo nos atendió como reyes en el desayuno y en la cena Irene hizo que su profesionalismo y amabilidad mejoraran aún más la calidad de la comida. Sin duda nuestra casa en cortina en adelante .」

「I chose a room with my own bathroom and the bathroom was so nice, rained shower, beautiful little balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Very walkable to the rest of what I needed in town. The staff were so helpful at check in. Would absolutely stay here again.」

「Our room was great and staff was very helpful. Free parking was convenient. There is an onsite washer and dryer. The only downside is that the hotel is far enough from downtown that we had to drive there to go out to eat.」
