"I can’t say enough about how great the staff was at this hotel. They went out of their way to be polite and helpful. The room was a little small. we had a King standard room and there was only one night stand which I thought was very odd. It was nothing fancy but it was very clean and the shower was great. It’s in walking distance to just about everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Boston is a great city I can’t wait to go back and explore more of it."

"Excellent stay. The only thing that was an issue was the beds are extremely soft. If you have back issues or as in our case recovering from a shoulder surgery the beds was definitely too soft. The hotel is known for cloud soft beds so we should have researched that a bit. The hotel however was wonderful and a great location."

"This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, The front lobby is grand and the wood detailing is beautiful. The room was gorgeous and very clean. But what makes this hotel shine is the staff, Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, A special shout out to Cindy at the front desk, exceptional service and thoughtfulness, as well to Jorge, who helped us with our bags, to Chris in security who helped us when we left something in the room and finally to Emilie who made our 35 wedding anniversary special. Thank you for a great experience and a real treat!!!"

"This hotel has what a family on vacation discovering the city needs. Clean and comfortable beds, pool-gym, in front of the Chealsea station for easy access to Boston. Staff was vey kind and useful. Definitely will recommend it, the value is great!"
