Nice hotel

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the town which makes parking VERY difficult. There is no parking garage in the hotel. WiFi is very slow. Staff is friendly and breakfast was nice (there were some hot food --> sausages, bacon and scramble eggs + the normal continental breakfast food). The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Overall nice hotel with good food at a good price.

No es un tres estrellas

La habitación era pequeña, no estaba muy limpia (polvo, algún que otro pelo en la almohada y la colcha.. ) , no había persianas así que te entra bastante luz por la noche, se escuchaba ruidos de otra habitación... En fin , hemos estado en otros hoteles de tres estrellas y hemos visto bastante diferencia.

Cheap hotel close to centre.

Good location, clean and warm. Towels changed daily, free breakfast included all at a very good price, approx £40 per room per night.

Man kann vom Hotel aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Andorra la Vella gut erreichen - ebenso den Busbahnhof mit Verbindung zum Flughafen Barcelona. Die Zimmer im Acta Florida sind klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eignet sich gut für einen Wochenendausflug. Für Wintersportler und Bergwanderer weniger. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Хорший отель почти в центре. В шаговой доступности все магазины и остановки автобусов. Отзывчивый персонал. Небольшие номера, но уютные. Есть сауна и три тренажера. Правда, странный вай-фай)) То работает, то нет.. Хотя, сейчас инет очень актуален! В общем, для 3* очень даже неплохо!! Мне понравилось!

Estuvimos en 3 habitaciones durante 2 noches, para lo que el hotel cumple de buena forma. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, escasas de enchufes, sin mandos de televisión, y en el caso de una de las que ocupábamos, la cama era muy ruidosa. El buffet del desayuno, sin ser el más amplio que hemos conocido, nos dejó bastante contentos, y la localización del hotel es óptima para aquellos visitantes que quieran realizar escapadas de compras.

Déjà il n y as pas de place pour se garer, puis dans les chambres pas de prise électrique a part une pour la télé et une dans la sdb si on veut charger 2 téléphones en même temps qu'on regarde la télé pour se reposer ben ce n est pas possible le wifi marche pas a pars a l accueil puis escroquer de 51 euro de plus pour 1 heure de retard pour rendre la chambre je suis allai a cet hôtel pour le bike Park de vallnord qui est a la massana pour ranger les vélos pas de place mis a part dans les chambres.. Ascenceur a 2 avec valise très dur d y rentrer voila pour dire que je reviendrai plus jamais danc cet hôtel

L'hôtel est correct mais sans plus. Il est dans dans une rue ou le stationnement est très peu pratique pour déposer les bagages. En arrivant, on a vraiment eu l'impression de "déranger" le réceptionniste. On lui a demande des conseil sur les choses à faire aux alentours de l’hôtel et ça n’étais pas trop sont fort non plus... Chose qui rattrape, le petit déjeuner style buffet avec des spécialistes espagnoles (et pas Andorranes) inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Mais au moment de partir, on m'annonce que je ne peux pas payer avec la carte avec laquelle j'ai réservé l’hôtel, donc, aller chercher une banque, retirer de l'argent pour payer... Donc, pour le prix payé, j'ai déjà connu bien mieux dans pays comparables

Pro's: Good location, excellent breakfast included (hot eggs, bacon and sausage...rare at this price point) Cons: room was a bit warn, wifi was terrible with slow contracted service by hotel and ONE modem/router hanging off wall in back stairwell...terrible connectivity and speed. TV had cheap remote that did not allow to switch functions on TV..ie languages...and hotel did not have original remote. Bad sewage smell in hallways...came and went. Hotel Pyrenees (have stayed there too) is better bet though rooms are smaller.

Fick betala rummet två gånger

Allt var helt OK tills vi skulle checka ut, då fick vi betala för rummen trots att vi betalt i förskott till hotels.com. Vi har alltså betalt två gånger för rummen. Förhoppningsvis får vi tillbaka pengarna via hotels.com.

3 stars MOTEL near Congress Center and Shopping

I stayed in this hotel for attending a 4 days Congress held in Andorra. The location of the hotel was perfect. It is 5 minutes walk from the Village and Congress Center. The lobby and common areas of the hotel smell very bad. Maybe they had a ventilation, sewer or toilets problem during this first week of February 2014. It was really disgusting. The room was ok and clean but the furnitures are old and the bed was stiff and rigid. Note that the bad smell was not inside the room otherwise it would have been a real catastrophy. The room has a nice balconny and the toilets and shower are large enough. Hot water was available with no problem but Internet was very bad. No way to get a connection to work or to text or to facebook. The staff were not helpfull and not very welcoming and always in a bad mood. Breakfast was not ready at 8am twice during my 4 days stay. They gave me a coffee instead because I had to leave early. This is a two stars Motel according to American Standard.

Nära till allt det Andorra la Vella kan erbjuda

Med trevligare och mer tjänstvillig personal skulle detta hotell för de pengar jag betalade definitivt ha fått en fyra i allmänt betyg. Men attityden var hela tiden att slippa anstränga sig. Jag vandrar ofta hela dagarna i terrängen och behöver en stadig frukost och enligt meny på frukostbordet skulle ingå stekt ägg, bacon och korv i ordinarie frukost. Men ångbehållaren var tom. Jag fick gå in i köket för att över huvud taget bli uppmärksammad och beställa mitt kaffe och varmrätt. Damen i köket såg bestört ut när jag propsade på ägg och bacon men jag visade menyn och hon ställde sig motvilligt vid spisen. Andra dagen var menyerna borttagna från borden...men jag beställde ändå varmrätt och mannen som hade kökstjänst fixade det om än med en väldigt sur min. Dagen därpå var det en yngre kvinna som hade hand om frukost och nej det gick inte att få varmrätt på grund av att något var trasigt i köket. Jag protesterade och fick då beskedet att jag minsann bara hade att acceptera fakta. Jag protesterade igen på kvällen till samma tjej som verkade vara någon typ av chef och då sa hon att jag naturligtvis skulle få min varma frukost igen nästa dag! Jag fick aldrig testat om det skulle ha fungerat för jag gick från hotellet innan frukost de två sista dagarna.
