"There is not real air conditioned so do not believe that the rooms come with air conditioning. They are kind of temperature controlled by a general system with the most you can adjust degree or two. Also the bedding is not premium grade it is the standard normal."

"Although the hotel is rated 4 star, but the room amenities were very basic, even don’t have a simple coffee machine, only instant coffee with no kettle was provided. We booked our stay with breakfast included. However on our departure day, due to morning ferry departure we won’t be able to enjoy the breakfast at scheduled times in the hotel, a lady at the front desk said no worries, they could pack the breakfast for us to take out which is quite common practice for many hotels. However their promises were not materialized on our departure date. After completing our checkout, asking for our breakfast packages, they just pointed to their snack bar and said you can pick a sandwich and a cup of coffee for each person from the bar, without providing a bag and coffee cup holder to carry these items, we were shocked! We would not book again for next time in the area although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, walking distance to many highlighting sights."

"Breakfast at 10:00am was over-crowded and many of the food items were gone and not being replaced replenished fast enough. Drinking glasses were all gone, many breakfast foods were gone and empty although breakfast was still open for another hour. If you were in a rush to have breakfast (like me) it was extremely disappointing."

"A really wonderful centrally located hotel on a lovely tree lined street with the tram passing in front. It is very well designed and maintained. The room was comfortable and the shower amazing. The staff we encountered were all kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning before setting out to explore Helsinki. Would most definitely recommend and return."
