Property was undergoing serious renovations and didn't let guest know. Stayed during parents weekend and won't choose that location again. Staff didn't want to refund or assist at all even though the hotel was not in shape to take guest. Had to walk through the construction area on the first floor just to get to the elevator and rooms. Constant paint smells all day and night. Awful experience.

Property was under major renovation when we arrived and probably should have been closed to guests. Our toilet would not flush so they moved us to the only remaining useable room. That room smelled so musty we were forced to leave and go seek accommodations elsewhere. The gentleman at the front desk was very empathetic and polite, but I can’t recommend this location.

The hotel is being renovated and we were not informed. Elevator was inoperable, we had to step over equipment and cardboard to get to our rooms and there were no phones in the rooms to call for service or to ask for help. We felt unsafe and lied to

Nice one night stop while traveling, breakfast was decent . only issue we had was the moisture, our room and bedding felt like a camping trip and the dew sets in at night making your blankets moist. Everything was moist and no amount of air conditioning helped , unfortunately all night we woke up the moment the air shut off as the room became steamy quickly. I think this had a lot to do with the renovations and amount of drywall work being done.
