Creative check-in , just make sure u communicate with the hotel earlier and get your pass code if you are gonna arrive late at night. Staff is very friendly, always greet you with a smile kudos to that :)

This part of Germany has some of the nicest people. The staff is no different here. It’s a super new, clean and spacious hotel with an amazing well being area with steam room, saunas, relaxation rooms. Super hidden gem!

Knusse, gezellige spa. Mooie tuin met vele sauna's. Verrassend veel opgietingen en geur sessie. Goede, ruime kamer in het hotel. Personeel nam de tijd om zaken uit te leggen. Grote fitnessruimtes.

Tolles modernes Hotel. Sauber. Die Lage etwas außerhalb der City, aber mit dem Rad ist alles super zu erreichen. Leider keine Klimaanlage was bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur und toller Fensterfront zu heiss zum schlafen war.

Zimmer ist schön aber keine Klimaanlage, zu warm, daher schlecht geschlafen. Umgebung nicht schön. Das Essen ist leider mittelmäßig. Saunalandschaft dagegen sehr schön.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist ok, könnte aber mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Wir hatten 4 Tage jeden Morgen das gleiche Buffet, zwei Sorten aufgebackene Brötchen. Vielleicht auch mal Lachs o.ä. und saisonale Früchte anbieten .

Schönes, sauerbes Zimmer. Schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Koblenz. Die Saunalandschaft ist toll, hat genug Angebot und sieht ebenfalls sehr gepflegt aus. Preise sind dafür auch in Ordnung. Würde wieder hier buchen.

Das Hotel kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Sehr sauber und wirklich schöne Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Superior gebucht. Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren sehr groß! Man hat genug Ablagefläche und einen großen Schrank, um Kleidung auf Bügeln aufzuhängen! Zusätzlich gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine sowie jeden Tag zwei Flaschen kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer! Die Saunen sowie der Innenpool, inklusive Whirlpool sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Es werden diverse Aufgüsse in verschiedenen Saunen angeboten. Ebenfalls alles sehr sauber! Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da!!

Tolles Zimmer. Sehr sauber, Klasse Badezimmer. Lediglich das einchecken ist leider zu den Nachmittag (Samstag) nur über den Fitnissbereich möglich, anschließend muss man durch einen langen Weg des „Vitalbereichs“ zum Zimmer wandern, da die Rezeption schon geschlossen war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Da wir nur übernachtet haben können wir jedoch nur diesen kleinen Eindruck beschreiben.

Das Hotel am Rande von Andernach ist perfekt für eine besondere Auszeit. Es lässt sich perfekt mit einem Wellnesstag verbinden, man kann im Bademantel zur Sauna :-) In der Nähe sind schöne Wanderungen möglich. Das Frühstück war lecker u. in Buffetform. Die Gastronomie in der Sauna war auch sehr gut, zu allen Tageszeiten. Auf der Karte war für jeden was dabei, alles super lecker!

Check in und Check out war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Check in über den Saunaeingang. Gepäck musste über Treppen runter geschleppt werden, Beim Check out wurde eine falsche Rechnung ausgestellt, da über Expedia gebucht wurde! Mitarbeiterin war freundlich aber überfordert.

Se volete levarvi una soddisfazione prenotate la suite wassar con materasso ad acqua, da provare.La camera è bellissima ed enorme con una doccia spaziale. Se siete amanti delle palestre, ne trovate una immensa inserita al piano terra dell'albergo stesso. Saune bellissime inserite in bel contesto a 16 euro a persona. Vale la pena
