Property itself was nice and new. Room was low on amenities (in room coffee not refilled for the next day, bedding was not provided for the second bed even when it was obvious that it was being used). Area around hotel had significant construction going on. There was no hotel parking left when we arrived because there was a concert happening at or near the hotel. Overall it was totally fine, but we felt like we paid plenty for the room at ~$550 a night and it just wasn't quite up to the service standard we have come to expect from a premium hotel. The ski lockers were incredible, and it is very convenient to the gondola!

Fantastic breakfasts, great staff, modern, clean, great climate control - no hot & cold spots - noticeably great. Pool, saunas, steam room, fitness center top notch. A great property really. I stay in a lot of nice places mostly outside of Europe. Definitely recommend.

We went here to ride the passes but weather was not good. However the hotels facility's came in handy pool and gym. Staff were excellent room was really good room was cleaned every day we stayed for 5 days.

The hotel staff was very kind. The hotel was clean and had a fabulous pool. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations. We ended up walking to Pinte, a fabulous pub with excellent hamburgers. If you take the train, just be careful on the google maps as to how to get to the hotel. It gave us the wrong directions and took us a very long way around. In the train station, when you walk down under the station, there is a sign to point you in the right direction. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning Design - Great Service
Easy walk from the rail station, and quick easy check-in. Full modern amenities throughout the hotel, with very pleasant design and stunning LED lighting in common areas. Room was excellent, comfortable, with a wonderful rain-type shower. Staff were discreet but friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a la carte offerings and very large buffet offering. Location is in a new development with new shops & eateries being added - safe feeling around the hotel. We were extremely pleased with our stay here.

Lovely hotel
Excellent hotel perfect base to explore the surrounding area as I did on a motorcycle.. spectacular pool with mountain view And a spa to boot.nice breakfast and dinner.nice touch the fireplace at the lobby.

Superb stay with excellent swimming pool
Very comfortable and clean hotel. The hotel lobby and hotel rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choices of food. My favourite part was the swimming pool - amazing views of the mountains outside while swimming.

A very nice and luxurious hotel with an excellent pool and relax area, with a very nice and friendly serviced restaurant. The accommodations in the rented apartments are suffering from some logistical issues, perhaps due to some of the staff´s relative inexperience, eg the room service did not always respond on time, and with limited menus, the day-to-day supply of household equipment varied, eg no cleaning paper, no re-stocking of coffee etc. We had to wait more than 2 days for a complete re-setup of the Chromecast service of the living room television – as it did not accept Apple devices, a problem which was noted already last year, and I would highly recommend management to find a permanent solution to this. However, overall, a very pleasant stay and we look forward to coming back.

Lovely quality hotel. 10 mins walk to station. Excellent staff. Lovely room. Good breakfast. Could do betters: no hotel name or logo at all on hotel, completely anonymous: most unhelpful in finding the hoteleven when close. Room became very hot 26°. Reception advised that nothing could be done except open the window!! External temp 1° - not good. No battery in scales - i wonder if hotels ever check ? Maybe better not to provide scales?

Totally exceeded our expectations
I don't usually do these reviews but this hotel deserves it. It is classed as a 4* establishment but it is much much better than many 5* hotels that I have stayed in. The gym isn't a fitness room as described, it is a proper gym and the pool is fantastic. Everywhere is clean, spotless and new. The service was exceptional and everything was wonderful and I would 100% recommend.

Disliked: Staff & service
It was the worst if all chain Radisson BluI used before . It is more like a 3 * hitel. Particularly stuff was not nice and nit competent. I had a building dude out of my room. At7.30 am the building noise started. Nothing was mentioned about it when I made my booking. For dinner all clients were stuck in one small compartment of the big Redtaurant. It was crumbled, noisy. Real hell. Will never go there again!

Good but expensive stay
Large room. Pool was too small and shallow to swim. Parking comfortable but not included in the price. Good stay but overall more expensive than it was worth.

We do not fully understand your feedback with regards to our pool. We are a sport resort and our pool is a lap pool which is 25 meters long and has the perfect temperature of 29.5 degrees to swim. We even have professional athletes from around the world training and preparing for their competition in our pool and at our fitness facilities. Unfortunately, the parking does not belong to the resort and we do have to pay monthly rent and maintenance fees. Therefore, we do charge a small amount of CHF 20.00 per night to provide our valuable guests with a parking area. new hardware. nice architecture. friendly and helpful staff. generous room size which is very helpful when one has an energetic baby who tries to crawl around. Very good breakfast. Nice pool and sauna. All in all, a great stay!
