「The hotel was understaffed which made service slow. When we went to the pool, there was no one there to give us towels in three separate occasions and we had to track someone down to get us some. The room was ok, but the beds were only doubles instead of queen sized which made sleeping less comfortable. However, one of the doorman named Giovanni went out of his way to accommodate us. He changed some big bills into smaller bills for us so we had money for tips, he found us an excellent driver...

「Very disgusting experience, they let their Friday night party last until 1am. Understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but someone took 4 barking dogs which was quite annoying. In summary it’s a hotel that can disturb your rest in day and night.」
