The 2 top price rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable - but were overlooking the main road through town and we realised that we wouldn't be able to sleep. So we asked to be moved and these rooms were not so spacious. Also the pillows and the beds weren't as comfortable. However the rooms we moved to were quiet so we could sleep. "The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service."

"The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped. The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent.
