Excellent et très abordable B&B

situé à 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Ancona, séparé de la mer Adriatique par une avenue et une voie de chemin de fer semi enterrée, plage accessible par un pont piétonnier jouxtant le bâtiment. Parking public et ouvert non payant derrière le B&B (nombreuses places disponibles durant ce séjour fin octobre). Accueil bienveillant (anglais, italien), très convivial, propreté irréprochable, fenêtre avec vue sur l'Adriatique, bien insonorisé. Bon buffet petit déjeuner, prix très... très compétitif, CB Visa et MC.

Struttura molto comoda se sei di passaggio tra Ancona e Falconara. Fronte mare ed è bellissimo svegliarsi con vista sul blu ! Colazione fatta in casa ottima , buonissime le marmellate e il cappuccino. Proprietari molto ospitali. L’unica cosa che mi sento solo di consigliare per un miglioramento, il letto, sembrava un po’ di cadere in un lato. Per il resto ottima scelta

somewhat remote, but sufficient.

b&b Pontemare is in an apartment building with a view of the sea, but beside a train track and about 10 miles away from Ancona. there is an hourly city bus to connect to Ancona. the breakfast was good, but it was more like staying in a home than in a hotel. the host were friendly and helpful enough.

Bellissimo Soggiorno!

Ho frequentato l'hotel B&B Pontemare in diversi week-end nel mese di luglio insieme alla mia compagna e al mio cane. Abbiamo potuto constatare la pulizia, la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale. Un posto tranquillo e pacifico con un' ottima visuale sul mare. I lidi sono a un "ponte" di distanza. L'area per cani sulla spiaggia dista 500 metri. E di fronte un'intera spiaggia libera. Ottimo, ottimo, ottimo.

Tutti i confort a pochi metri dal mare.

Pochi metri dal mare, vista mare (a seconda della camera) da 1 o 2 finestre, come da foto. Il parcheggio è sotto il b&b e trovi sempre posto, non serve prendere la macchina per andare al mare (di fronte c'è anche la spiaggia libera). Il b&b è situato presso un piccolo centro commerciale con supermercato, ristoranti bar ecc. Il posto è super pulito, la famiglia che gestisce il tutto è tranquilla e discreta. Aria condizionata, frigo, tv.

Personale disponibilissimo e super cortese, molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. La camera pulitissima con vista sul mare,letto matrimoniale un po' piccolo ma confortevole. Colazione semplice e casalinga. Nonostante non ci sia un vero e proprio centro il B&B è in una posizione strategica;basta scendere x trovare pizzeria al taglio, lavanderia a gettoni, bar, gelateria, parafarmacia, supermercato(ben assortito e non troppo caro) e un OTTIMO ristorante di pesce fresco a prezzi onesti. Basta poi attraversare la strada x trovarsi in spiaggia(libera e a pagamento). In 10min di macchina si raggiunge Ancona.
