Quando ho effettuato la prenotazione su Hotels, ero convinto che la colazione fosse inclusa; invece, sul posto ho scoperto che non lo era. 「It's fantastic location for people who is travelling by train bec it's just within 2-3 minutes walking distance to the train station. Very comfy bed. Very quiet and clean room. Big variety and good quality breakfast. All the historic spots, all kinds of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If we would come to Bologna in future and for sure would stay in this hotel again.」

「I had booked this room while on the road during a 10 hour drive and trusted the information provided by the hotel to Expedia, unfortunately when arriving late in the evening I was told by the staff parking is not available on the property and I would have to park on the street on public parking marked with blue lines.
