"Absolutely loved our stay. Brilliant hotel, excellent food, the decor, service, gardens, pool, even the chilled out music playlist were all fantastic. The staff were so great with our daughter too. For a lot of that period there was no rain and it was hot weather, so we feel it is unfair on all the guests to close the main hotel attraction for no good reason.
