"Find Something else! Genuinely do not know the last time I’ve had a bad hotel stay but this one was rock bottom. We needed something cheap for an event in the area. We booked it because we’ve never had issues with Hampton’s and Hiltons before but this was bad. The TV didn’t work, the shower was discusting with dirt and while power all over. The comforters barely fit the beds. Oh…… the elevator door had a hard time closing so we had to use the stairs which wasn’t the worst thing but if we needed to be any higher then floor two? It would have been an issue for my friend with stairs. The woman at the front desk wasn’t personable so there was no point it trying to fix these issues. So again. Just don’t do it!"

"I always enjoy staying at Hyatt House as the rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast daily is good. Rooms are equipped with utensils and pots needed to cook if you choose to."

"We arrived at 2.30am after a very long drive, booked online - the hotel DOES NOT look like the pictures anymore, its tired, very run down and in need of ALOT of money spent to bring it up to a decent budget cheap hotel. The room we got had a broken door handle/lock, the main light didn't work and they'd only supplied 1 pillow for a King sized bed??!! The bathroom had a cracked basin and big cracks filled with dirt on the floor. The whole building smelled of cigarettes and clearly not a safe space judging by all the 'park at your own risk' signs. On checkout I informed reception of the issues and that started off a response that was not only very unprofessional but incredibly rude and unnecessarily aggressive. I'd never recommend this place to anyone and had we not been so shattered from our long days driving I'd not have stayed, we were only there 5hrs and that was long enough. "

"So, I drove out here for my 15 year olds birthday party. We took him to the American Dream mall. I am a Hilton honors member with all my stays being at Hilton. I was not impressed much with this location. That being said I have a breakdown of the good, the bad and the ugly. The good: The location was great, 30 minutes from the mall itself. The breakfast was incredibly impressive, even had a omlet bar, we took advantage of the breakfast each morning. They also have a reception that includes a free drink and snacks, we weren’t around to take advantage of that. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The bad: this hotel says it has a hot tub. It does but it has been closed since 2020, don’t advertise you have a hot tub if you don’t have a working one. I base my stays off stuff like this. The pool is also incredibly booked. Paid parking not included in room stay. Late fee is $25/hr extra even for reward members The ugly: the quality of the hotel was pretty bad to be honest the fridge and freezer didn’t work, we lost some food we bought at the mall because the freezer was broken. 5$3 spring on one of the couch bed was sticking out and exposed. (My children slept in that bed). There was visible mold in the windows in room 273. The drain for the tub wouldn’t drain the water and hair (not ours) was what clogged the drain. Discusting. Overall I’d score this location like a 4.7/10 the only thing that causes this place to stay afloat at is the breakfast."

"Nice hotel with a restaurant attached. Rooms were large and well appointed. Staff was very attentive and efficient. "

"Walls were dirty, there looked to be blood splatter on the bathroom wall. There was watermarks on the ceiling, floor was not flat and very scratched up. If you are on the 2nd floor there is no elevator so dont pack a heavy suitcase. The property needed to be mowed as it was well overgrown. The breakfast had hardboiled eggs that looked as though they were burnt because the outside shell was supposed to be white but brown spots. They should separate the hot tub and shower. Put the shower back into the bathroom instead of in the bedroom. The pictures are very missleading especially when you get the conformation email. In it it shows a claw foot tub. "

"Great location for the office. There is no restaurant or even breakfast on site, but there are plenty of options nearby (generally do expect to drive, this is suburban New Jersey after all). Hotel was well maintained, clean and quiet, even with the major roads nearby."
