I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Queens Hotel was extremely poor from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I noticed how dirty the floors were. The carpets were so filthy, it was uncomfortable to even walk on them. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was shocked to be told that the carpets aren’t even cleaned. That alone should’ve been a red flag.
The bathroom was another nightmare. The toilet clogged, and when I asked for help, I was told someone would come by at 11 PM – completely unacceptable. On top of that, one of my phone chargers was damaged during the stay, and the staff denied any responsibility, even though I’m sure it happened during housekeeping.
Basic amenities were also lacking. There were only two towels in the room, and when I requested more, I was told they didn’t have extras. There were also visible signs of poor upkeep and cleanliness throughout the room.
The pool area was no better. The water looked dirty, and the hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing as we were hoping to relax after long days.
The only positive thing about this hotel is its proximity to Disneyland – it’s very conveniently located. But unfortunately, that does not make up for how poorly this property is maintained or the lack of basic hospitality.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, even for its location. There are better options nearby that offer a cleaner, safer, and more professional experience.
