Overall property was pretty good. Very hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast wasn’t that great but I guess I can’t expect much from a free breakfast. Lights in the bathroom are SO dim you can’t see anything. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again though mostly due to how close it was to Disneyland.

Although the property itself was not terrible the breakfast left a lot to be desired, the front attendant was not very helpful when an issue came up, and to make matters worse the parking situation is horrible, there is not enough space to acomodate all the guests' cars and when we brought this up to the front desk person they directed us to park in a parking lot that was not part of their property.

My husband and I were heading to Disney with our son so we got a family suite and the layout was GREAT. Two doubles a king and two bathrooms. It also had a sofa and a chair, a mini fridge and a microwave. PROS: Size of the room, proximity to the park (just walk down the street to the Toy Story Parking lot and grab a shuttle to Disney), close to restaurants, great staff. CONS: Housekeeping never once gave us more coffee cups. We had to ask every morning. The beds are really uncomfortable. I broke out in hives and red bumps all over my face arms and legs because of the detergent they use on their bedding, so if you have sensitive skin, you may want to bring your own bedding. You can't check in until 3 and check out is an early 11am (remember the days when check out was noon? I do!) Overall, I liked the property but I didn't love it. I mean... hives. I've never reacted to a hotel's detergent this badly before and when I asked for the name of what they used at the front desk, she did not know and didn't seem interested in finding out for me.

I would never want to stay at this hotel at all. The tub was dirty, sink was also dirty, the beds were uncomfortable. We told the lady to clean our room and we came back from disney and she didn't put new sheets, blanket and pillow cases. If you come back to the hotel after 12am you wont find any parking. As for breakfast if you come around 8:50-9 they are mostly out of food, but they closed at 10:00. Not recommended to anyone.

The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and did their best to help whenever they could. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On the first day, the ceiling A/C unit was extremely noisy and leaked a significant amount of water, leaving puddles on the carpet. We were told there were no available rooms to move us to, so we had to wait until the following day for maintenance to address the issue. The front desk did offer us complimentary parking as a gesture of goodwill, although we did not have a rental car. Throughout our one-week stay, neither the hallways nor our room appeared to be vacuumed. Housekeeping only made the beds and replaced the towels. Complimentary coffee and toiletries were never restocked, which was frustrating. Overall, the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovations. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the condition and cleanliness of the property were unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
