Weird hiccup before checking in. I got a message something was wrong with our room The switched us to a single king, pull out couch and a cot. I agreed to it. Once we got there the front desk wouldnt honor it. After giving push back, they gave us back our original rooom. Room was clean employees were nice.

The staff was really nice and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The room was spotless. they even have a mini market that you can get anything that you need/want after hours accesible with your room key. The perfect stay for a family Disney family trip.

Great location. Book it early enough and the price is awesome. NO elevator for strollers. And it's valet only so you won't be able to just throw your stroller in the car. You'll find it's easier to just unload all the Disney bags and carry your sleeping child while your partner lugs the stroller up the stairs (with all the extras underneath) than go thru the hassle of asking valet for the keys and then the mental conversation .... do you tip if they didn't even have to touch the car. 🤔 if you're traveling alone with your stroller and child try and get them to confirm a 1st floor room. Onsite laundry is one washer and one dryer. Takes credit cards so that's helpful. Cute, clean "micro mart" on property. Staff is generally friendly. - I say generally cause they were great with me. But I heard some other conversations that would make me frustrated, Based on location alone.., and if I'm traveling with a partner and kids...book it for the convenience,

This property is tucked away and quiet for being on Harbor. The staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean with lots of towels and comfortable beds. Parking is a different style but just make sure to communicate with staff if you need your vehicle from 12am-6am. Loved our stay!

The room was clean. Friday night we stopped in the office to pick up a few regular coffees. The worker that night, early morning 12:30, couldn't find any. Was kinda rude, asked why we would need them. Concerned about the parking and construction.Not sure if he understood me. We liked the walking distance to Disneyland!!

This is one of the older properties bordering Disneyland and the room was showing its age, but this was OK as I spent majority of my time in Disneyland. This hotel has one of best locations as it is just across the street from the main gate making it easy to be at Disney for “ rope drop” and just a short walk back to take breaks during the day to get out of Southern California heat.Stayed here for 3 nights in September and will be booking here again next year. The carpet is in dire need of replacing. Or a very good cleaning. Had to wear shoes to not have dirty feet. Bathroom and beds were clean. The beds weren't super comfortable but tolerable. I think many hotels need to upgrade their mattresses. But the location to Disneyland is great, so you pay for location. When i checked in, the front desk was going to have me pay even though i had already paid through expedia.
