The positive: really convient if you are using the toy story parking lot, also it was pretty quiet overall. The negative: For the price I knew it was going to be an older building, but it was falling apart and full of mold! Parking is right.

The motel is in a noisy area, but that's because it's so close to everything: shopping center is next door and Disneyland is within walking distance. I chose it for its location and reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. It's a bit run-down and needs some maintenance and minor repairs, but it served its purpose for our trip. I needed 2 beds in a suite, where beds were separated by the door, which is exactly what we got. Staff is friendly and nice. Have coffee and tea at the reception and microwave and fridge in the room - no coffee maker in the room though.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly. I would recommend the property to invest in better quality towels, the current ones are poor quality and old. I would also recommend that the lobby be remodelled at the very least it is desperate need of new paint as well as the rooms. If you can look past the aesthetics this is a great place to stay. It is a great location for families going to Disneyland.

The couple that were at the front desk were very nice - our issue was with the facility it self. You definitely get what you pay for here but I think it should have actually been cheaper. The property needs a lot of updates. There isn’t an elevator so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. The room stunk so bad not sure what from. The sheets had cigarette burns - it was just bad.

I was very disappointed with the property itself. The pictures are definitely not what it looks like in person. The room description I booked did not match the room I got. The room and hotel definitely needs a lot of updates and the room its self was not clean. Areas were moldy and dusty. The walls had markings and mold. The distance to the park was fine but definitely the hotel can use a lift. I don’t think I will stay there again.
