チェックインよりもかなり前に到着してしまいました。 私はイタリア語も英語もほとんど出来ません。 しかし若い女性スタッフが、チェックインは出来ないが荷物を預かる。と、気持ち良く対応してくれました。 青の洞窟へ行きたかったのでこのホテルにしましたが、バス乗り場までの行き方（徒歩5分程度）や、バスの時間も丁寧に教えてくれました。 夜いた男性スタッフはオススメのレストランを紹介してくれました。本当に美味しかったです。 気になった点は、夜ホテルに戻ると隣の住宅の犬が吠え出し近隣の犬まで吠え出すので少しうるさかったです。 部屋の外に出る時に鍵が開かずに出れませんでしたが、窓の外でたまたま掃除をしていたスタッフさんに、鍵を2回回すんだと教えてもらいました。（チェックインの時に教えて欲しかったです） シャワーの勢いが弱かったのと、朝食がイマイチでした。 ホテルに着くまでに石畳みが多いとありますが、近隣に住む老人夫婦も同じ条件ですし、40代までの成人でしたら全く問題なく到着できると思います。 総合的には、立地、金額、スタッフの対応共に凄く良いので、また利用したいと思います。

Drottning Victorias f d hus, fantastiskt att få bo i ett hotell med sådana anor. Snyggt och fräscht. Frukosten var enkel. Fin trädgård. Trevlig personal!!

70 steps down from Anacapri.

Casa Caprile it’s located in Anacapri just 70 steps down from the bus stop ( I wish I know this before booking) because I’m traveling with my 83 years old mom so I’m carrying 2 luggage and my mom can’t really go up and down stairs easily. Otherwise it’s a beautiful building with very comfortable rooms, located in a beautiful area. The plus plus was the attentive employees, every single one was amazing form the front desk to the cleaning lady and the gentleman in charge of the breakfast BRAVO AND THANK YOU.

Beautiful environment. Nice big rooms. Good staff. Nice simple breakfasts. Major problem was no publicity about the about of steps down to & up from the hotel everytime we wanted to go anywhere. Elderly or those with mobility difficulties need to be informed of these steps— even to get to the bathroom!!!! Sorry, but at my age, I would NEVER choose this place again. If you are young & fit, it would be delightful.

Adequate Accomodations

The hotel was cute but out of the way and no A/C but hotel did provide a second fan for our comfort. TV was not great and shower was small but we got a good price so expectations were met. Very nice staff! Would recommend to budget travelers.

A differenza di ciò che avevo letto su alcune recensioni, la mia esperienza personale e ‘ stata più che positiva. La camera matrimoniale era spaziosa e ben pulita. Avevo letto anche che non c’era l’aria condizionata nelle camere, invece era installata e ben funzionante. Il televisore ancora piccolo e a tubo catodico, ma per quello che l’abbiamo usato va bene lo stesso. In compenso c’è Sky. Personale gentilissimo. In definitiva, tutto ok. È probabile che ci torniamo.

Hotel was most likely renovated 25-30 years ago, bathrooms are very old - tile is broken and water is not draining away properly, textile decoration in the room feel really outdated. However this is a good hotel for the price - nice terraces outside rooms to enjoy a quite evening surrounded by beautiful nature and nice location - 15 min walk to Anacapri centre and 20 to Villa San Michelle

L albergo è posizionato in posto incantevole ma è rimasto all epoca della Regina di Svezia! La cassetta di scarico perde in un posto dove L acqua potabile costa più dell oro! Un ventilatore in una stanza che esposta a sud la mattina diventa impraticabile L infisso se lo chiudi o apri più di una volta lo prendi giù in giardino un letto di provenienza anonima scomodissimo! La colazione solo il caffè e le fette bisocottate valide fatta su delle coperture riutilizzate sei sette volte, insomma per non essere eccessivo gli do 3 con molta bontà!!

Fint beliggenhet og kort vei til de fleste steder i Anacapri. Lav standard på rom, bærer preg av slitasje og gammeldags interiør. Rommet var støvete og vi måtte vaske vifte for hånd slik at den ikke spredde støv rundt i rommet. Ok personalet, ytret ikke svært vennlig service. Når vi skulle sjekke ut prøvde dem å få tak i taxi, men kom ikke igjennom på telefon. Hilste ikke på oss da vi forlot hotellet etter utsjekk.

El clima complico todo

Estaba lloviendo y fuimos alojados en una habitación que está afuera, delante de la conserjería. Resultaba incómodo porque dificultaba el acceso a internet y debíamos cruzar bajo la lluvia para ir al comedor. Estaba huméda y fría. Para llegar hasta el hotel, hubimos de caminar por la "vía follicara" un largo trecho con más de 80 escalones, cargando las maletas. La atención de la Señorita de la conserjería fue muy cordial, eficiente y de gran ayuda.

L' hotel é in ottima posizione , ha una buona struttura ma non ha una buona manutenzione e non si presenta molto pulito .Un po' abbandonato , peccato perche con Pochi dettagli potrebbe essere un ottima hotel (aria condizionata , TV Moderne , cura nei dettagli: piastrelle rotte , tende sbilenche , scoli lavandini rotti . Ma soprattutto pulizia .

What I didn't like was that we were asked by the receptionist to leave our passports with her for few hours. Other thing is that the wifi was only in the canteen room- nowhere else. We got the room that wasn't refurbrished probably for the last 20 years- mould on walls in the bathroom, holes on the walls, no paint in some bits. All the furniture were old and dusty- epecially curtains and lamp covers that were covered with a 1cm layer of dust and was splashed with paint. Receptionist served coffees during the breakfast- she prioritized people speaking her language no matter if they put the order as the last ones in the queue. She was also kinder for Italians than for the forigners. Would never come back there, don't recommend.
