"Not worth at all. Lobby, front staff- awful inconsistent treating guests NaraMoon&RaOn having eyecontact failure issue(worst manner at front)-at checkin., inconvenient Room ever- wobbly watertap unit, no hot water in the morning, once faucet turning to hotwater side then water flow as dripping, shower head unit keep sliding down, no space for my toiletries on basin area- such an old-fashioned room, etc. Such a shame on sheraton. This fourpoints is worst ever amongst fourpoints in Asia. Better go to Lotte or shilla nearby at the same price."

"There are small sample items free to use if needed. Laundry is 24 hrs and free, just hard to understand BUT the staff can speak some English and was incredibly helpful when I was staying up late at 4am to do laundry for my flight. The room gets really hot because of the heated floors, but to help with that is to keep the lights off and only the small lights on. The rooms are a little musty dusty crusty but there are slippers so you never touch the floor. There are shower essentials and CU and Emart are super close. The train Silim is 5-6 mins away by walk, super close and easy. You pay what you get in stay but the staff are so kind to accommodate. There are no elevators, so pack light. "
