「Excellent experience.close to everything you need.」

「Nice property to stay」

「사진과 다른 방을 주고 이틀 있었는데 하우스키핑 서비스도 없었습니다. 」

「Great boutique hotel next to the river - in a quiet neighbourhood but easy access to district 2 and the centre ( by free river boat)」

「飯店設施相當乾淨整潔，人員服務也不錯，美中不足的是附近正在施工，交通不是很方便。不過旁邊就有超級商場，購物採買相當輕鬆。」

「toothpastes are used. ants everywhere even on beds and pillows. Cleaning is really bad. Guests better bring your own pillow cover and towels and toothpastes, etc.... owner's communication is poor. Reply is very slow. And they even refuse to tell you where the rough location is until the arrival date. But the building has great facilities such as gym and swimming pool and large lobby. Location is very good right next to brand new MRT An Phu station. 」

「It’s cozy and great. You can almost get everything needed while travel in the room. I’ll definitely to stay again. It’s also suit for short term stay.」

「In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient.」

「Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.」

「Everybody that worked at the property was amazing, super nice, very clean facility, very helpful. Look forward to staying there again」

「地點很好」

「Great value for money. Nice apartments with all the expected amenities and more. Big plus with a small gym downstairs. Staff were helpful」

「Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, This is absolutely not the level of service or security we expected, and we are very disappointed with how the agency handled the situation.」
