1the reception clerks are really helpful for odering boat ticket and recommend ing the canal museum for us. 2 the 1 floor double room is really small and even can't use toilet with enough space.

This little hotel worked wonderfully for me for the night. The staff are excellent and very kind! My room was small but worked for just me… it was just extraordinarily hot and could have used some sort of ventilation to move air. The window faced an ally with no air movement at all. Tv worked great hung above the bed and overall it was a lovely stay!

Location is great for centre of town and train station. Room was very small and cramped but clean. Looked out onto quite a noisy street so OK if you are fine with noise of people - but it is in the Red Light district so not unexpected. Didn't try breakfast as wasn't allowed to take the dog, despite hotel saying it was dog friendly. Allowed us to leave our luggage most of the next day

While I’d like to give the stuff a good rating because they were very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was way too hot. Temperature was like 19-25 during the day but the room was much hotter than outside. I was sweating just sitting there. I think it’s because of its south facing and the lack of ventilation system.

Our visit to Amsterdam was short, we loved the central location of the hotel, very close to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Our triple bed room was basic with not too many facilities, only a wardrobe, tv, telephone, hand towels, bath towels and plastic cups. The bathroom was small and after we had a shower, we had a flooding problem which could only be rectified after we left. The staff were empathetic to our situation, but we were checking out at 11am, so not much else they could do. Breakfast was continental with no pastries, only bread, but they did have a lovely coffee machine with various coffee options. The staff were very pleasant. Thank you.

Excelente ubicación. Conozco Ámsterdam de pe a pa y está ha sido una de las mejores ubicaciones que he conseguido. De la estación central solo cruzas la calle y en el corazón del barrio rojo por lo que fácilmente puedes ir a pie al centro, al museo de Ana Frank, al Museumplein, etc. El hotel es muy sencillo pero cómodo. Para mi, lo que destaca más es la ubicación y el desayuno incluido (porque la comida es carísima en Amsterdam). Lo único que no me gustó fue que la puerta de la ducha no sellaba por completo y se regaba toda el agua en el baño lo cual es un peligro para los huéspedes que se pueden resbalar. Otra cosa fue que te piden la llave cada vez que sales del hotel y tienes que pasar por ella a la recepción al llegar. Nunca había visto esto antes y aunque me generó desconfianza, no tuve opción.

The hotel and staff were great. Very friendly. We were allowed to leave out bags before and after checking in and out. The room we had faced the street and was quite small (read 'tight'), but serviceable. Our only complaint would be that when we were there they were renovating the front of the building so we had scaffolding outside our window, with the occasional worker walking by. A temporary situation though I would think. If we return to Amsterdam and need a hotel right in the city center we would book again.

El personal muy amable. Nos entendimos en inglés pero ellos trataban de hablar español. Pedí una secadora de pelo y me la facilitaron sin problema. El desayuno fue bueno. Tiene muy buena ubicación. La fachada y la puerta de entrada estaban en remodelación.

Hotel bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la central de trenes. Es un edificio muy viejo que se conecta con un edificio contiguo. Todos los pisos crujen, así que uno escucha el caminar en los pasillos siempre. Tiene elevador para 1 sola persona, y las escaleras son muy empinadas. Mi habitación era diminuta y con muebles viejos. La TV no servía. El baño era lo único remodelado. Ámsterdam es muy caro para hospedaje, este lugar terminó siendo económico pero no agradable. Si tuviera que volver a ir, definitivamente buscaría otra opción.
