I can say that it is a hotel with a modern structure, but its rooms do not have intercoms with the concierge, they do not have a simple coffee maker to heat water for tea or coffee available, it does not have a refrigerator with drinks. We had also requested a queen bed and received two single beds joined together, which was very uncomfortable. Finally, despite the technology, we did not have access to a TV considering the difference in networks that each cell phone has. Smartphone TV with apps included would be a good option. Even if these details could be overcome that would make it a 5-star hotel, there is one detail that must be taken into account, which I consider important, and that is the location of the property, which is very beautiful, but it is not a public transportation just 15-minute away walk to area with access public transportation. Private vehicles are not effective because the cost to get to the city center, which is the most common destination, is very low cost and not very beneficial, which makes me suggest that the hotel should have a car service that helps passengers at least get to the public transportation stop both ways, the cost would be minimal considering the cost of the accommodations at this hotel.
