I visited India from US and needed to stay in a hotel to take care of my business around Golden Temple area before moving to my house in Amritsar. This property was maintained well with an elevator and the hotel staff members were all excellent in their demeanor and service. My sincere thanks to Mr. Manik. I was so pleased with everything including room service/food that I extended 3 days more. Their tea was so delicious that I could not find anywhere else. They were receptive to any complaints or requests. Overall, the hotel offered the best for the price and is genuinely suitable for guests from the west except some needed attention to the shower that is more suitable to Indians.
