"Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. "

"RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!. The property was closed. We arrived shortly before 6 PM on December 20th 2021. After trying to access this very dark place with no lights anywhere The staff person came to our car and told us the place was closed down. We told him we have paid for our room and have a confirmed reservation. He said sorry the place has been closed and that no one is working there anymore for sometime. "The GOOD: In a prime location to everything, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was tailored made. The BAD: Inside the room, the floors are covered in dark stains (so gross), the bathroom has a dungeon feel and the shower surrounding has a lot of mold. The rooms desperately needs to be refinished or upgraded."

"What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...
