"Checked in to what was a room that had been used by someone else and not cleaned. All owner was going to do was change the bed sheets. Awful. There were men hanging around outside the bedroom door so as a party of female travellers it felt really unsafe. We didn’t stay the night because of these things. - also, not convenient for airport of much else. "

"Everyone was great about this hotel, from the clean room, the staff, the food and literary being within walking distance to places. Will definitely have to tell my family and friends to book this hotel. "

"Pros: Room was spacious, clean and quiet. We didn’t smell smoke in our room as some guests pointed out. Cons: Breakfast was very limited"

"Really nice hotel within walking distance to the major attractions like Rainbow st, downtown, and the Roman theater. Big comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and plenty of space in the room. The only downsides for me were that the rooftop outside area was closed (one of the main reasons I booked) and the shop on the ground floor was closed so I didn't know I could use the -1 elevator to get to the lower street, so I was exiting in the upper street which is pretty dark, dirty, and rundown "

"This hotel was amazing! The staff was super helpful, professional and welcoming. I would stay here every time I visit Jordan. Room service was great. The food was delicious and the our orders came in a timely manner. Location is great. You cannot go wrong in any way by choosing this hotel, it will probably be the best part of your stay."
