Face à un monsieur très étrange....Décontenancé!

J'avais informé le gérant d'une arrivée tardive et ne voyant personne à l'accueil, j'ai sonné car outre la fatigue du voyage, je n'ai pas compris dans un premier temps qu'il fallait téléphoner pour faire se déplacer le gérant! J'ai commis le "crime suprême" de sonner! Bonjour les reproches violents....L'homme descend visiblement en colère, me montre la pancarte, et tout en grommelant, me présente en 2 minutes, une chambre dont la fenêtre ne donne pas sur la rue mais sur un couloir!! Or la photo présentée sur le site laisse à penser que la fenêtre donne sur la rue! Je suis assez claustrophobe et çà ne m'a vraiment pas fait plaisir mais que dire face à un homme énervé!!! Chambre tristounette même si les décors dans les couloirs peuvent être par moments intéressants....Quant au breakfast....Il est présenté de la même manière par un homme (le même) taciturne, ne prononçant pas un mot, et le contenu de l'assiette est vraiment a minima!!! Breakfast très médiocre......Je découvrirai par la suite que ce n'est qu'un gérant et le vrai propriétaire est dans une autre guesthouse (Villa-dia guesthouse) qui, elle, est d'un tout autre niveau, une autre ambiance, tout en ayant un rapport qualité prix très correct......Cette guesthouse est effectivement bien placée mais il faudrait me payer pour "affronter" de nouveau cet "homme" dont j'ai pu constater par la suite qu'il aimait beaucoup se prélasser au soleil, assis sur le pas de sa porte....mais ménage non fait.....

Un ottimo hotel pulito e in posizione strategica. Unico neo la colazione un po' troppo obbligata e poco dolce e nella camera 106 la doccia non regolabile in inclinazione. Praticamente sparava nel muro di fronte. Camera silenziosa

Great location, super clean and great interior!!!

This is one of the best places I've stayed so far and believe me I've been traveling a lot(47 countries). The place is in central area, 2min walking from downtown main street, it's super clean, very stylish and modern interior, super fast internet, the guy at the reception is supper friendly and helpful. I would stay again there and highly recommend the place.

Chef und Team sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr gut: gute heiße Dusche, gute Betten und sogar eine wärmende Klimaanlage. Sehr gute Lage, zentral aber ruhig. Der Chef spricht sehr gut deutsch. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

BEAUTIFUL!!!! I honestly wasn't expecting this guesthouse to be one of my greatest stays in any hotel in Amman, due to the low rates we were charged. I honestly cannot ask for more for a stay in Amman. The location is exactly where we wanted it to be (Close to downtown and yet at the same time away from it's noise). The room was SPOTLESS, and mind you i am the type of person who always finds a flaw, but that was not the case this time. The decorations are beyond beautiful. It is a Gallery after all! I would like to thank the wonderful staff at Gallery for their wonderful and genuine care, the manager there is one of the nicest people i have met as he took a good care of us and we were delighted by his warm welcoming upon our arrival. Don't miss the breakfast people!! it is worth it!! the breakfast is so delicious and sufficient, the way the breakfast was presented to us made us feel home. I would totally visit again!!

Cute and well located

Lovely service. Breakfast was typical Jordanian - hummus, bread, egg. The besroom was cute. Two items - the towels smelt of smoke and the breakfast room was very small so if everyone wants breakfast at the same time there is no space. It is perfectly located so I would recommend it.

Great location!

Perfect location if your not planning on staying in your room. Room was small, clean and had everything that we needed. Breakfast provided was delicious. Close to most downtown tourist sites. If your arriving late night or early morning make sure you call the hotel to let them know. I just sent them a Facebook message. I got a reply saying my 3-4 am arrival was ok but the massage wasn’t passed on to the hotel manager. We stayed for an hour in the loby until we finally reached the manager and got into our room.
