Great stay near the river in Amiens

Comfortable beds, large living room space and ample dishes in the kitchen. A small leak in our shower but nothing terrible. Water pressure and temperature were good. We used the laundry facilities as well which were easy to use.

The hotel was really nice located close to the City Center and close to the floating Gardens. Lots of restaurants along the canal close by nice room and very quiet considering that it is so close to busy Street.

Even though it was on a busy street it was quiet. It’s a very basic hotel that doesn’t even have air conditioning. Luckily being on the ninth floor we had a nice breeze to keep our room cool. Overall, it was clean but worn the price was reasonable

Room was filthy (chewing gum stuck on the window, dining table hadn’t been cleaned, hair in the bathroom). It was missing equipment (no chopping board in the kitchen, no mop to clean up when the shower flooded the wet room floor after every shower). Check in staff were very friendly but the state of the room left a lot to be desired.

Easy stay for family

Great one night stay. Very easy check in, handy location, short walk to centre and free street parking in the summer. Ideal set up for our young family. Seperate bedroom for the kids and kitchenette. Very reasonable price and better than staying in a standard hotel.

Very good - important to get access code before arrival otherwise you cant reach reception on 1st floor. Clean - nice area. Street parking not too difficult.

Great location by the river, cafes, cathedral and 33km cycle route. The hotel was shabby in the hallway with bags of dirty linen left all day and overnight. The lifts strongly smelt of cheap deodorant. But, once in the room it was like a different hotel. Light, spacious, great view of the cathedral and river. Excellent kitchenette which is a bonus, nice bathroom and lots of little reminders to be eco friendly. We'd highly recommend if you're happy to walk through the neglected entrance and hallways.

The room was fine but absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting enough to cause nausea and supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Staff did not help, could not move us and just provided an air freshener. Had to stay with windows open. Zero compensation offered by hotels or the venue.

Plenty of e-mails about my visit but once I turned up couldn’t get to reception as it’s a locked door and no way to contact reception on 1st floor as phone number didn’t work and no instructions in English to ring the bell. Had to wait to be let in by someone else. Smell on the floor but the room itself was clean. Pillows were very soft and aircon in room would be ideal. Breakfast was expensive for what was provided. Very noisy in room

Avis globale je recommande.

Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est bien, mais à y regarder de plus près quelques améliorations sont affaires notamment niveau sécurité. Les portes extérieures sont toujours ouvertes surtout la nuit ainsi que celle de la blanchisserie. Il est donc facile d’accéder aux étages sans carte dans les ascenseurs, il n’y a pas de sécurité avec un système de carte. Cependant l’entrée la réception le petit déjeuner sont agréables. La décoration avec goût chaleur, c’est chaleureux et accueillant pour les chambres il manque des ustensiles de cuisine, le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne fonctionnait pas bien et n’est pas entretenu. Il manque des étagères assez basse pour pouvoir ronger nos denrées ainsi que les vêtements tout est trop haut. Il n’y a pas de cheval. La literie est très agréable ferme et à la fois douillette. Par contre les lignes ne sont pas fait tous les jours alors que dans d’autres AppartCity c’est le cas pas d’aspirateur ni de serpillière pour nettoyer l’appartement y a pas de ramasse-poussière ni de balai. Il manque des étagères dans la douche pour pouvoir poser des produits de beauté. Malgré tous ces points négatifs. Ce ne sont que des détails nous avons passé un agréable moment et séjour dans cet hôtel, l’équipe était à l’écoute. Il nous a bien conseillé sur les indications touristique, je recommande cet hôtel néanmoins mais il faudrait faire quelques aménagements.
