「My booking was cancelled. I queried about cancellation I never confirmed to cancel and virtual agent closed the ticket」

「When we arrived we were told that we already checked in and there was no room for us. Upon further review, the front desk associate checked in someone else under our room. It took them over an hour to figure it out. Now it’s after 10 p.m. Another guest was having issues with their booking as well. Then another guest came down for a blanket and the same associate was swearing under her breath at this guest. The rooms were very dated, the beds were I comfortable and the pillows were terrible. ...

「Breakfast and parking included. Pleasant staff and clean. Refrigerator did not work in room. Jetted tub was lovely after driving and water hot and great pressure」

「The only issues, we had is that ants were getting inside but that is expected. The other is we want to note that when taking a shower the water leaks out and gets on the floor. I would suggest to better seal the shower door so it does not cause damage to the flooring. Other than that it was a good time and experience.」

「We were coming up to get our luggage before 11 and got looked out of both of our rooms. We were pleased to be able to take our luggage into our room before check in time. We had stuff to unload at the party we were going to and bags weren't in our way.」

「位置不错，靠近高速公路。房间设置的比较人性化，配置的比较全，可以满足简单的做饭。 位移的就是房间稍微有点小，若是再稍微大一点会更好。 位置很方便，周围就是快餐和购物店， 总体而言还不错。」
