「Room was clean. Staff were helpful. My room did have an air conditioner. Location is central Bishkek so quite convenient.」

「This "hotel" or Guest house is not listed on Local search engines and any sites in Bishkek. A taxi/Yandex driver found it by address. It 's located in a remote area, far from anything, in the middle of construction sites, on a bumpy dirt road. It surrounded by a tall wall and you have to use an intercome to be admitted. Nobody expected me there at 6 am even though I informed about my arrival time in advance. I stayed there for 25 minutes and I've never was able to see what was behind the wall....

「This is not a complaint about the hotel but about Hotels.com. I would highly recommend the hotel. The location is good, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff are great. But Hotels.com should have signalled that the hotel was under renovation with some services not available and the restaurant with limited opening hours.」

「欧米スタイルのシティホテルですが、部屋は広いです。10階建ての建物の上層5階をホテルとしており下はビジネスオフィス。買い物は便利です。朝食は日替わりで品数も多く、たいへんおいしいです。スタッフは英語が話せます。価格が周囲のホテルより安いのですが、サービスの質は高いです。部屋には電気ポットはありますが冷蔵庫はありません。」

「Without a doubt this one of the best hostels I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. I had a single room that was clean, modern with some killer AC. The shared shower room was also excellent and surprisingly private. Moreover, the restrooms equally private as each toilet was in a private enclosure. I didn’t use the communal kitchen or workspace, but they appeared clean and efficient. This hostel also had an amazing restaurant on the ground floor with a large selection of dining options. ...

「The room and hotel were adequate. Unfortunately the nite staff is poorly trained the hotel is geared to a Chinese clientele and really not accommodating to westerners, language being major barrier」

「Wonderful hotel! Room is spacious and feels very new, bathroom is fantastic with heated floors, huge bath tub and vanity. Hotel had only 9 rooms so it’s very quiet and very well maintained. Hotel location is optimal: not too far from city Center and located close to best cafe Faiza. Breakfast was wonderful too. Every day new options, always fresh and tasty. Staff were very helpful. We will be staying there next time we come. 」
