「Cosy athmosphere in an old castle. Nice pool with sunbeds. As in many old houses the water pressure in the showers were really low, the outdoor shower by the pool was better. They were not able to accomodate vegan preferences for food for breakfast although given notice in advance but could accomodate storing some items we bought ourselves in the kitchen refridgerator (our rooms did not have cooling opportunities). We stayed there nights and there were no cleaning of the rooms. 」

「Clean and tastefully decorated room. The hotel has extensive grounds so great if you’re travelling with a dog. The housekeepers were welcoming and helpful. A good walk into town but well worth the effort. Ferrara is a beautiful, historic town and very lively in the evening with a good choice of restaurants. 」

「Niente... mi dispiace doverlo dire, ma è stata un’esperienza davvero spiacevole: il materasso era talmente vecchio e deformato da rendere impossibile dormire. Nel 2025, non mi aspettavo certo di trovare una sistemazione con un letto in quelle condizioni, pieno di affossamenti e scomodo al punto da rovinare il soggiorno. Sinceramente, è inaccettabile offrire un simile livello di qualità ai propri ospiti. Peccato, perché sarebbe bastato poco per rendere l’esperienza migliore. 」
