"We stayed 5 days at Corail Noir hotel in a bungalow and had the best of times. The tours they arrange are very well organised with multiple language speaking tourguides. We arranged a lot of tours beforehand and the communication with the reception via e-mail was prompt and very clear. They also arranged transfers from another hotel and to the airport. "Upon arrival we had to wait for the receptionist Racida for 30’minutea to show up. Instead of apologizing she started to raise her volume to explain why she left, despite us specifically mentioning the time of arrival. We called the owner to complain and she didn’t seem to care. We had very low speed internet signal in the studio, with WiFi frequently disconnecting; we got anywhere from 1 to 11 mbps, due to a low power WiFi extender. We experienced nightly power cuts - no automatic power backup....
