El lugar está descuidado en cuanto a instalaciones : no sirven los cierres de las tiendas , regadera con poca agua Pastos seco Vale la pena decirle al turista que del lugar de check out al Glamping es terreno de terracería y debe llegar en camión de redilas o transporte propio del Glamping . La atención de toda la gente es excepcional!

Primero que nada felicitar al Staff, el servicio del personal es extraordinario, lo que permite que la estancia sea llevadera. La propiedad se encuentra bastante alejada con un camino en pésimas condiciones y peligroso y te llevan en una pick up en pésimo estado. Las tiendas de campaña no han recibido mantenimiento en mucho tiempo, son muy calientes durante el día y frias en la noche, la alberca es pequeña y con agua helada, el pequeño lago para kayaks está fuera de servicio, dicen tener cancha de fútbol y no existe. Los animadores muy buenos y el servicio de alimentos también. El concepto sería ganador con un poco de inversión pero se encuentra en el abandono.

La atención del personal excedió mis espectativas especialmente de los Jóvenes CRIS y Alfonso, la comida esquisita, la Srita que prepara los alimento muy amable al igual de la persona que te lleva de tu auto al campamento, como la que te recibe. Solo como observación la alberca es muy fría y las actividades deberían de planear para grande también.

en general estuvo bien la estadía, el único detalle que NO me gusto es que te ofrecen un paquete de actividades para los niños, se pagó el extremo que es tirolesa, pared y kayak (y resulta que el día que va a usar el kayak están ponchados) creo que no deberían ofrecerlo si no está completo el paquete y al final hay que pagarlo como si hubieras usado todo el servicio) tache por eso me parece decepcionante y una mentira enorme para solo vender y después justificar (la persona a cargo de los niños muy bien)

La atención y calidad de alimentos es excelente, extiendo una felicitación a la gente del restaurante. El lugar necesita mejor mantenimiento a las tiendas (la realidad es muy diferente a lo que se ve en las fotos de las mismas) y que haya actividades para adultos y no solo para niños, además que es muy restrictivo en cuanto al espacio y los horarios de las amenidades.

Una gran opción para NIÑOS, no así para adultos; no existe ninguna actividad para nosotros. En definitiva es un CAMPING mas NO un GLAMPING. Vayan preparados con libros, juegos de mesa etc para descansar y pasarla bien porque es mínima la señal de internet que lograrás tener y no hay forma de bajar a Tepoz o a algún otro lugar. NO recomendable si vas en plan pareja. La comida (que ahí te la proporcionan) GENIAL.

We <3 Tendo Glamping!

Our family's first time glamping, but it won't be the last. Tendo Glamping was a HIT!! We loved it. The activities are family friendly, and the Animadores were wonderful. The food was delicious!!! Our tent was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The shower had hot water, and the toilet was super convenient. We participated in the mini golf, painting, trampoline, soccer field, table games, playground. We didn't know there was a 20 minute pick up truck ride from the parking place to the camp site, but that's okay. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and had a smile. This is a terrific vacation for covid times!

The project is very nice, although the maintenance of the facility if very poor and disappointing. Pictures in the web site are better than the reality. Chairs at the pool are broken, pool is freezing, tents not in good shape. They also charge Usd 35 / person for very basic games such as Tirolesa or paddling. However food and service at the restaurant is very very good and deserves to be mentioned as well.
