「Estancia excepcional para visitar Carmona en un día. El único inconveniente fue que el climatizador hacía ruido y tuvimos que avisar en recepción.」

「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。」

「If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! 「I disagree with Hotels.com's 4 star rating for this hotel. Insufficient daily necessities in the room. The hot food at the breakfast buffet was poorly prepared, especially the sunny-side-up eggs. The tableware is not clean. Compared to the quality of the food, the price is a bit high. Actually, many breakfast choices nearby the hotel. The location is good. One of the receptionist was helpful. 」

「My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the first moment we checked-in to the check-out we were amazed with the quality of the staff and service, the food at the rooftop restaurant, the rooms, the pool... pretty much everything. We highly recommend it.」
