This hotel is very comfortable and clean, also very convenient to the VA Hospital and other medical centers, as well as access to essential shopping. During our stay a family member needed extra attention due to a health problem. We are grateful to the excellent and caring staff who assisted in every way possible. We highly recommend the Quality Inn West Medical Center.

This Place Met Our Neeeds

My wife and I stayed her on our way to Colorado Springs. This was a somewhat unexpected trip. We didn't arrive until after 10:30 pm and spent just one night. The staff was professional and the facility was clean and safe. The breakfast was nice and had several options, including make-your-own waffle. This facility met all of our needs.

The lobby seemed to be fairly updated. The room however was not in good condition. There was a spot in the ceiling that had big cracks from a leak and pieces of drywall hanging. The door was dragging on the door jam so bad that I had to hit it with my shoulder to open it. The shower head was leaking and the tub was stained pretty bad. There was not one single tv station that could be watched due to no cable service. The bed was decently comfortable just really squeaky.

Hallways smelt like weed, carpet in hallways were pulled up, outside trash cans were filled so odor when you walked past, the mattress was worn out caved in the middle but ac worked great and breakfast was good.

Okay stay

The rooms were pretty good for the price, but were obviously a bit old and run down. I rented two rooms to accommodate my whole family and one of the rooms initially was boarded up and inaccessible. They had to assign a different room, which was a bit awkward. I got a good night’s sleep and a passable continental breakfast. Nothing too exciting, but passable.
