The staff were polite, attentive and made everything easy; picked up from the airport after midnight, provided delicious traditional breakfasts, clean rooms, provided water bottles and clothes washing on request (additional fee), arranged drivers as needed. 「It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby.
