Vamos acreditar que tivemos azar

Simpatia do pessoal muito positiva. Relativamente à limpeza, arrumação e decoração do hotel também nota máxima. No entanto na zona do SPA, o jacuzzi, não tinha a temperatura da água desejável durante os dois dias da nossa estadia. O banho turco ao segundo dia também teve um problema de funcionamento e a sauna nunca esteve ativa. Mesmo a temperatura da água do duche só no segundo dia é que esteve realmente quente..nota mediocre para o ar condicionado/aquecimento no quarto que nunca atingiu uma temperatura confortavel. Convém frisar que pernoitámos duas noites numa suite e durante o inverno. Foi nos dito à chegada e até à nossa saída que estavam a tentar resolver a situação, complicada por ser altura de fim-de-semana e feriado prolongado.

Nous avons apprécié le calme, le confort et la propreté de cet hôtel qui offre un remarquable rapport qualité-prix ainsi que l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Un peu isolé à quelques kilomètres d'Amarante, cet établissement souffre cependant du défaut de restauration de qualité au sein de l'établissement ou à proximité immédiate.

très bon accueil cadre magnifique chambre rien a dire seul petit inconvénient pour les gens qui dorment sans la clim, les grenouilles sont bruyante :) le coin aquatique, super, piscine, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, très propre un hotel que je recommande les yeux fermés
