"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. "The view from balcony is soOOO beautiful! Hotel is very kind to accept my request to upgrade the room to Superior Double Room with a lake view. Yes! It's worth the upgrade. Would recommend to stay in the main building. The free sauna is a great activity and we really enjoyed it at the end of the day. The reception guy (I think his name is Simon?) was super helpful and responsive on all our requests. Totally recommend to stay in this hotel!"
