「Heater did not work」

「Room was small and basic. Beds were comfortable. We asked for an extra bed. Took very long for the staff to set up the extra bed, that too only after multiple calls to the front desk. Food was good at the buffet. My parents were pleased with the food. The complimentary driver accommodation was not clean. Someone had vomitter there and the room was not cleaned and there was no AC. The food they provided for the drivers with meal token was mediocre.」

「Eventhough the rooms appeared clean and new. The cups kept had dirt on them. The water was smelly. Also the AC was functioning in one of our rooms, when I informed they checked but it was not fixed. When checked with the reception while checking out the response was cold and they told since we booked online they coild do nothing on payment. They were not even ready to apologize Restaurant was closed due to gas shortage 」
