「Clean but everything needs money」

「I just renewed my room, and the next day I wanted to switch rooms but the staff wouldn't help me! And I booked through a third-party platform, and they want me to go through the third party myself to get my money back! The hotel can handle that! I have to call myself!Bad review!」

「I stayed here for five nights, and unfortunately, my room was not cleaned even once. Housekeeping only knocked on my door on the second day, but I asked them to come back later. When I returned to the hotel that evening, my room still had not been cleaned. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the next room, and they were quite loud, which made it difficult to rest.」

「Everything’s fine in the hotel.」
