「Pet friendly and a great location 」

「This stay was extremely disappointing and concerning. A loose razor blade was left out in the room, and my 4-year-old grandson picked it up. That alone is a serious safety failure. The AC unit had visible mold buildup on the vents, raising major concerns about air quality. The shower head leaked everywhere when turned on, and the bathroom showed rust, mold, deterioration, and poor maintenance overall. Cleanliness and guest safety are the bare minimum. 「Rooms are clean, no roaches and housekeeping is really good about asking if you need toiletries Or towels every day. Can get a little loud at night but hey, by 10pm it’s quiet and the grounds are kept up nicely. We were going to stay here a few weeks ago but the girl working that night gave me a hard time about my dogs. I have 2 service dogs and she INSISTED I provide paperwork showing they’re registered, and that they couldn’t be “emotional support animals” even tho LEGALLY I don’t have to show...
