Very warm welcome, a cute room with a very comfortable mattress, super clean and the shower was nice and hot. Great deal on our route.

The room was clean, and nice for the price for sure, the bed to me wasn't comfortable, but that's not saying anything bad, overall I'd say it's a nice place to stay.

I heard lots of bad things about this motel and when i went in to check in, there was ants crawling around on the front counter do i decided to leave and go to another motel down the street that we've stayed at several times before and like it

We came to town for the College Rodeo and we were late getting in. Check-in was super smooth, the owner was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient for everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are in town. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay over, I would highly recommend.

Nice budget lodging!

This is an older motel, but the rooms have been updated. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room was clean with the exception of a couple of dead crickets on the floor.

Clean, good value

The motel is undeniably old and does not look impressive from the outside. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. This place is a great value. I have stayed here a couple of times and will certainly go back. It is not the Ritz, but it is clean with a comfortable bed. For the price it is a win.

We reserved three rooms for two nights. I understood this was a low-cost facility. One room had the flooring seams taped and we were advised be careful not to trip. One room had air conditioning that would not cool. We were given a remote for the air conditioner, one for all three rooms. The last room had no water. None. Although they did get it working the last day we were there.

Staff was very friendly! Had to ask for additional toilet paper as they only provided 1 full roll of 1ply for a 3 day stay..... A/c worked well but had to stand on a chair and take a picture to know which buttons to push to operate it, as it was close to the ceiling. Room had outdated carpet and bed spreads. Bed was not comfortable and blankets had stains. Large gap between door and floor allowing bugs to come in. Needs updating desperately, but it was clean and the staff was great.

Fridge had a hot pocket and 3 bottles of Crown Royal left in it . Microwave was disgusting. Walls so thin we could hear the guy next door snoring all night . No light covers so light was blinding. Grounds were filthy . The owner was very nice but I would never stay here again.

For the cost, the accommodations were fine. One thing that was bothersome was the air conditioning unit. The unit was a bit high and hard to reach the controls.
