"Kamarnya pengap. .. tidak ada AC... bantal dan guling agak lembab... Kmar mandi tidak ada selambu sehingga airnya keluar2 semua sampai basah.. Kulkas juga gak berfungsi... Sprei yg ada bbrp bercak... Untuk breakfast not bad.. Cm sayang knp anak kecil kok harus di charge lg.. Padahal mknnya kan gak sbrp... Not recomend untuk kembali lagi... Tks "

"It a convenient 1 hour away from Surabaya. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. And if you have a car, you can easily get around Taman Dayu complex (it's a big complex) where there are restaurants and shops."

"La piscine n'était pas disponible. Le personnel etait très agréable. Il nous ont accompagne jusqu'à notre logement. Il y a un jardin inaccessible avec de l'herbe jusqu'au Genoux Quand aux chambres c'est tout autre chose. Tout fait très sale, Les portes ne sont jamais lavées, les rideaux sont tous tachés, le sol etait encrassé avec des bestioles mortes et d'autres vivantes. Toute la nuit nous avons bataillé contre des bestioles qui rentraient par les fenetres du haut . Un cauchemar cette...

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. Good general cleanliness, however the bath/shower area has not been cleaned well over a period. The room was compact. Hotel had nearby IndoMart and eating places. HOTEL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NON MUSLIMS WHO WISH TO CONSUME ALCOHOL OR HAVE FRIENDS OF THE OPPOSITE GENDER VISITING AND SPENDING TIME IN THEIR ROOMS. "

"On arrival, I wasn’t shown to my room. I wasn’t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. There is literally nothing close to the hotel to do. "
