The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. The room itself was not the cleanest. The sheets were covered with multiple stains and we ended up not sleeping under the covers. The room had multiple mirrors that were broken as well. Just not very clean.

Priced Right for what it offered!

The check in was quick and easy. The room was clean.The comfort of the bed was excellent. The area of the Hotel was dark. The deadbolt on the door did not work. I saw a few tiny bugs in the room, could not identify what they were? The Price was right!

Very bad but not that bad and house keeping is a mess because they kept knocking on my door and rushing me and check out was at 12 and they came a hour early telling me to leave and my room got broken into and I got rob for id like three and my underwear as well smh

Undesirable

Room was dirty. Ants on the bathroom vanity and the floor. Comforter and sheets had burn holes from cigarettes, not to mention the room smelled like a dirty ashtray. Only 1 of the 3 lightbulbs in the recessed lighting worked, which other than the bathroom light were the only lights. Broken mirror behind the headboard of the bed...Found out this is a favorite place for affairs and prostitution.

When I arrived at the property, I was told that they could NOT accommodate me. Desk clerk told me that he had notified Expedia at noon, Oct.9. explaining that my room had been destroyed by the previous occupant. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS!! Could not find another room in Altoona. Ended up cancelling my plans for the evening and driving back home, (2 hour drive.) Someone dropped the ball and it will affect which company I deal with in the future. Thanks for nothing.

I had a reservation through hotels.com I called let them know what time I would be arriving and they had given my hotel room away and I had nowhere to stay and had to sleep in my car because of the location everything was booked I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was out of town and I asked why I didn't have my reservation and they told me it wasn't their problem and if I wanted I could call back and talk to him on Monday very disgusted would not recommend ever booking through them

Extremely filthy!! Never went to a room as front desk was horribly rude. While I was at the front desk seeking refund for the $9.00 Expedia withdrew from my bank account, the clerk took a call from a CRYING person (was on speaker phone, I heard the customer feeling so distraught saying this was the 2nd time she had to call for help about her accommodations), that had rented a room and was reporting the shower knob fell off in her hand. The clerk YELLED at the customer, "That's your problem, sorry about your bad luck, not our fault so tough luck for you!" There were broken out windows with tape on them, a lady mostly naked rummaging in a trash can and a man sitting in a chair by a door, spitting and looking like he was vomiting! My 13 year old grand-daughter had tears in her eyes as she BEGGED me not to make us stay there as she was feeling very scared and unsafe. PLEASE never list nor provide this unsafe, unhealthy and scary place risking Expedia's reputation as a booking service again and I would very much appreciate a full refund of the $9.00 withdrawn from my bank account. I have NEVER felt so disgusted and alarmed at any place on Earth as I felt upon entering the parking lot of this do drop in drug house appearing motel, very honestly sincere impression of this nasty nasty place.

Booked a room and was turned away because they had "no more rooms". I booked a day prior to showing up and was told that my reservation was all set to go. Not once did they call me to let me know that there weren't any rooms. Plus they tried to charge my card for the first night even though I didn't even stay there.

After booking and confirming this room,my guests were told upon arrival that the room had been booked already and they had already contacted Expedia telling them the booking was cancelled.Neither the hotel or Expedia contacted me of this cancellation and left me in a bad spot to try to book a room elsewhere.Thanks for ruining my weekend and embarrassing me and my guests.Never again will I trust Expedia.

Very dirty carpet, walls and ceiling. The mirror had something running down it. The beds were supposed to be queen size but were full size. There were cigarette burn holes burnt into the sheets as well as stains.
