「The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. We liked the location as it was a 5 minute walk down to the Weirs area with all the shops and restaurants.」

「Filthy fleabag hotel. Broken appliances, stained, burned, soiled furniture, bait traps under the bed, strangers looming outside, bugs coming from the sewage stinking bathroom trap. Filthy vandalized fridge...nasty nasty place. Had no choice, plus Expedia doubled the price the moment I used Key cash credit. They are bait and switch fraudsters」
