「The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!」

「Very hard to find the check in and not helpful much. No ac and nothing in the apartment like water, coffee, fruit and any fan. Very hot in the apartment. Really struggle to sleep in the night. Mosquitoes are so annoying in the apartment. I will never go back. I booked terrace apartment but they gave me on ground floor.」
