「Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast excellent as were the evening meals. Ski slopes very close by. Ski room large with secure lockers and plenty of space. Would recommend to fellow skiers.」

「The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...
