Perfect Getaway
This was our 3rd visit to Torfhaus Resort Hotel. It is our favorite. The location in the Harz Mountains is serene, but also full of possibilities for hiking, biking, and quick travel to picturesque towns. The information about paid parking is not clearly indicated when searching for hotels with parking. The breakfast made my stomach turn for 4 days straight, right after breakfast. The hotel was decent, but outdated and the service was what I'm not usually accustomed to... Menus thrown on the table ...

Great hotel close to nature
Great hotel close to nature, pity couldn't explore around because were only staying for short period and for work. Hotel was nice, not a usual city modern hotel. Restaurant was good, they have set menu each day for dinner and food was amazing. Good choice for breakfast as well.
