「Sadly, the hotel is run down and in need of serious renovation and updating. Water leaked down from the bathroom upstairs into our bathroom making a mess. When I spoke with the person at the front desk, he indicated that they knew about the issue. There were no additional rooms available. He gave me towels to clean up the mess.」

「The place was very plain. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is that the front smell like wet dog. I didn’t realize when I booked here that they allow pets.」

「The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and everyone spoke English well. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. I slept well. I will stay again when I am in Lynchburg.」
