"We loved our stay at the Illasi Dream Rooms. The house is situated perfectly by the village center, and there is a huge free parking lot nearby. The space is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition, equiped with everything we required. And Elisa was the most wonderful host, very responsive and available for all our questions. "Ideally located in the heart of Vicenza and only a 10-15 minute walk from Vicenza train station. 15 mins if carrying a backpack. Well I totally botched up our booking and didn’t realise until just before we were due to arrive. I explained our dilemma on arrival and the concierge was very understanding and helpful. Room was fantastic, great amenities, exceptionally clean and a quiet and efficient air conditioner. Lovely continental breakfast. Definitely recommend Palazzo Otello. Safe area and hotel environment if travelling as a solo female."
